I had leased a Polestar 2 from Jacob a year ago and it was a good experience. He was able to secure a great deal for me and helped me become acquainted to my first EV ownership experience. After 20,000km, the car has given my some minor electronic gremlins but Riley helped schedule me for warranty work. Service manager Norman Li left no complaint unheard and efficiently provided solutions to them all. This kind of professionalism and attention to detail is rare in today's service industry.
Dec 2025 Update: Still a great experience every time I come in for service or warranty work. Alessandro (Alex) is a fantastic brand ambassador, delivers a customer-focused experience, and does a great job of setting and managing expectations. He makes you feel like a valued client, and that he and the service department are doing everything they can to ensure that you feel that you and your vehicle are well taken care of. Hi Polestar Service Advisor, Please contact me as soon as possible. I have been trying to reach you for the past three weeks with no response, and I have not received any repair updates since my car was taken in approximately three weeks ago. This lack of communication is very concerning, and I need an update immediately.
Knowledgeable staffs here, even the mechanic was caring my vehicle sincerely trying to get my issue fixed! Hope not to see y’all too often, but I know I’ll get good service when it comes! Added.. too many changes in management and staffing, my car has been in the shop for 2.5 months. It used to be very good and responsive, not anymore… No updates, hard to be in contact, I get annoyed response for asking for status updates.
