Great location
Had a minor issue with my 2025 Polestar 2 on the weekend. I lost all audio. I sent the service center an email, thinking they could get back to me first thing Monday. Pleasantly surprised, the Service Manager responded to my email immediately, on his day off. Talked my through the issue, had it fixed in seconds by doing a system reboot. Extremely happy with the level of service, and especially with Edward Lui, Service Manager.
Although it took a long time to get the repair done, the excellent service from Martin and the care taken with my car made it a good experience. Thanks!
SCAMMER! They lied and tried to make me pay 10 times the price!! I had issue with my headlights, one guy told me that i needed to change both bulbs but also two pieces that were supposed to be burn, he tried to convinced me by showing me the piece but i didn't see anything abnormal. The guy told me that i will need to pay for the 2 pieces and 2 bulbs and the work will take at least 2h. The total should cost 600$. I went to another garage, they told me the pieces were fine no need to change them. I just needed new light bulbs... read more
The staff has exellent customer services, patient, and did what has to be done for my vehicle. The shop is better than the big brands.
