As someone getting into an electric vehicle for the first time, I was very grateful for the help I received during the purchase process. Arber, Greg and Jackie were super attentive to my wishes and requests. I really appreciated their attention to detail. I had high expectations going in, and they were exceeded. Best car buying experience I have ever had! Not just saying this, I’ve purchased at least 10 cars over the years. Not pushy, just informative and super quick responses. Text was the primary communication which suited me fine. I actually purchased the car from out of state and had it shipped to me…that was easy too…Greg answered my initial call and was helpful, turned it over to Jackie and she is a pro!! Great team and experience and would highly recommend.
I bought a Used Polestar 2 purely online and had them ship the car to me (out of state). They were extremely helpful in that they were very transparent and knowledgeable about each step. My sales person Jackie was quick to answer any questions I had and willing to provide whatever documentation, pictures, videos, etc. needed. Would definitely recommend to out of state buyers to work with this dealership.
