Just picked up a Polestar 2 from them today. My salesperson Jackie was excellent. She took the time to show me all the features and was able to answer all my questions. The process was flawless and fast. The car itself is phenomenal. If you are looking at a Polestar, this is the place to go. This is my second car purchased from Lafontaine Group dealership and I have never had an issue. Ask for Jackie for a great salesperson.
Jackie was seriously the best! Had extremely high patience with me as I made a few back and forth decisions. Very professional in every way. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a EV to seriously check out Polestar. You will NOT be disappointed.
Saw this place while driving around yesterday I don't own a Polestar but one day if I work hard or win the lottery I'm hoping to get one soon but the place looks really nice and I am a fan of the car brand I had to give it a 5 star as for such beautiful EV cars
I have never changed a 5-star review to a 1-star review before, but my experience with the service center has been so miserable that I would never buy a car from here again. I'm not going to post the whole saga here because no one cares, but every single step in the months-long process to complete a simple repair has been a pain and required me to call multiple times, everything has been late, no one has kept any promises. The team here at Polestar is absolutely amazing. Leasing a vehicle here was the easiest auto transaction I've ever had. The staff is extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Those days of stress over an auto transaction are not applicable here. And the car itself is fantastic. I leased a Polestar 3 after my P2 lease was up and it's a revelation. Smooth, powerful and eye catching. Giving this the highest recommendation for an auto dealer / space! Kudos to Jackie and Greg in particular!
