Great experience working with Nick at Polestar. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Got a great deal and the purchase process was very easy and smooth. Would highly recommend them.

Overall, the Polestar service center has been improving. There have been several service advisors that have rotated through, but I believe they're trying to get more on top of things. Shout out to Tyler for doing an awesome job! Polestar needs to open more service centers over time to handle the increased number of their cars being sold. The next closest service center to me is in Scottsdale, AZ. I have a P2 and a P3 (yup, 2 Polestars!) because I'm stoked over what the brand is doing, but service over the last few years has ... read more
Working with Nick was very pleasant. He was well informed and explained operations clearly. As far as the office work went, he moved through the process smoothly. His manners were impeccable and he was very patient with us ( older folks with endless stories) and my wife appreciated that he referred to the vehicle as “she” and so we named her Blue Belle!
