Ultimately, when I got my car back yes the service was good… But the fact there’s only one working technician in the entire state of Colorado is absurd! My vehicle was there nearly 2 weeks before even had a diagnosis.. Then an additional two weeks for repair and troubleshooting. You have got to get more certified, Polestar technicians and more than one location in the state! Absurd, the price you charge for these vehicles and the lack of service you have available
