Very smooth transaction of a CPO Polestar with Nicholas. Great way to buy a car!
My Polestar 2 was scheduled for regular maintenance service. I live in Colorado Springs so it was not convenient to go to Denver to get it done. They arranged and sent a driver down to pick up the car, take it to get serviced and brought it back in the same day. Awesome, no cost just part of their excellent service. Extremely happy
Stay away from Polestar. My car had a know wheel bearing issue that is covered under warranty. I put in a ticket for this a YEAR ago and never heard back because parts were backordered. I called multiple times to check on this and was told the same. On the most recent call I was informed that "they keep the parts in stock now" but nobody ever got back to me about it and now conveniently the car is no longer under warranty and I am being given the run around.
