Rough. I have had problems with the car from the beginning. It is unfortunate, the trim and finish and driving experience is wonderful. The electrical problems are unrelenting. And, getting the car licensed has been rough. I am six months into a lease and have not received title documents that will allow me to get a license plate.
Amazing they were able to get my car worked in and done within 2 days
I had an airbag warning, signal, go on and drove to the nearest dealer, in Denver, 450 miles away. They got the problem classified as a warranty issue, which is a big plus. But we’re not able to get the part installed during the week that they had the car. So Polestar is transporting it back up there To complete the service later this month.
Sales was fantastic. Sadly, my car is a lemon. Have had my polestar 3 fourteen months, it’s spent a quarter of that in service. Be warned, the 3 has a very widespread issue with the ac charging board. Mine has failed twice. First time it was in for 19 days, the second, 40. Unacceptable service for this expensive car.
