Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Polestar 2 from Polestar Columbus. Everything about the process was spectacular. I’ve bought several cars from dealerships and this experience was easily the best. Super informative staff, zero pressure, and a great car at a fair price. Anyone looking for a Tesla-but-better, consider Polestar and Polestar Columbus.
We have been big fans of the Polestar brand for many years now and with our lease ending on our one car, we decided to go in to Polestar Columbus for a test drive. My wife and I stopped in to test drive a Polestar 2. We worked with Will. He was great at answering all of my questions and worked out a great deal for us. The entire process was extremely efficient. You will be well taken care of at Polestar Columbus
My two experiences if you can call them that have sucked! I went there in October to take a look, the sales person was inside, saw me walking around outside looking at the cars, and he sat there drinking his coffee. I figured they didn’t want my business and left, but I was pissed. I wrote to numerous people at Polestar, Byers Motor Group and even on Polestars Facebook.
