My wife and I stopped in to test drive a Polestar 2. We worked with Will. He was great at answering all of my questions and worked out a great deal for us. The entire process was extremely efficient. You will be well taken care of at Polestar Columbus
My two experiences if you can call them that have sucked! I went there in October to take a look, the sales person was inside, saw me walking around outside looking at the cars, and he sat there drinking his coffee. I figured they didn’t want my business and left, but I was pissed. I wrote to numerous people at Polestar, Byers Motor Group and even on Polestars Facebook. Look at my reviews and you'll see I don't give many 5 star reviews. My sales experience in 2023 with Collin was exceptional, but I never got around to leaving a review. No BS and extremely accommodating for a last minute out of state impulse purchase. Steve and Dave in the service department are both really awesome people. I appreciate their hard work and great communication - these guys know how to get things done and look out for the customer. You won't find anyone better!
