Great experience purchasing my Polestar 3. As a first-time EV owner, I really appreciated the support and guidance from beginning to end. Johnathan Nisi, Sales Specialist was fantastic! He gave a thorough demo drive to help answer any lingering questions I had to help me make my final purchasing decision. @Polestar @Volvo – you need to do better. I’ve been interested in the Polestar 3 for a while, and since there’s no dealership in Raleigh, NC, I decided to check one out while in Charlotte on while there on business. The Polestar site (and Volvo’s) directed me to the Volvo dealership on Tryon Rd, so I went out of my way to visit. When I arrived, I was told I’d need to drive another 40 minutes to a different location just to see the vehicle—and if I wanted to buy, I’d have to return back to Tryon Rd. impossible to get the managers on the phone, frustrating called the store several times, the receptionist answers, after my 3rd time over 4 hours and ask her why they wont pick up she says sorry they would rather return phone calls I'm sorry, ( and they don't ) how frustrating, I call the DC location and guess what I get one on the phone, terrible customer service
Turned in our Polestar 2 lease for a Polestar 3 and the team was great! Johnathan gave us a thorough orientation to the car and had it all charged up for our ride home. Love the car!
Matthew gave me a 5 star experience. He spent 2 hours taking me through all the features of the Polestar 3, showing me the outside, the inside and eventually taking me on a test drive. He didn't try to sell it to me- I eventually went home to NY and leased one! His customer service was top-notch and I highly recommend visiting this Polestar experience location to try one out.
