I’m 65 years old and I have never written a negative review in my life. However, this Polestar dealership needs to be called out for something significant. I would not recommend dealing with them in any fashion, based upon this. One month prior to the termination of my lease, I had a vehicle inspection. I pointed out to the inspector that they were scratches on the wheels and that I had a contract or service agreement or insurance policy that covered wheel scratches to be fixed free of charge. I actually had a chance to use the Service Dept which is located in Tryon St and not the sales dept. I couldn’t leave a review there since it is not provided at the website so I decided to share my experience here instead since I know they are one and the same only at different locations. Johnathan and Johnny were both great and helpful. Overall great experience. EDIT When I returned my lease I learned that this dealer upsold me a lease protection packet for more thank $1k that saved me total of $46 on the lease return. Just like any other dealers it is there to scam you out of your money. Avoid scam dealers.
I haven’t visited the location yet, but my phone call to set up. Service was amazing. I really appreciate it. The level of Customer service. I was awarded. Continue the great work.
A big thank you to Matteo Bertone for helping me procure a nicely sorted Polestar 2. There was a minor issue before and another after purchase - these things happen. In both cases, Matteo went above and beyond to address the situation and exceed my expectations.
