In June 2026, I tried to contact Polestar Chadstone regarding the Polestar 3. While the space itself is fine, trying to reach them via phone is a nightmare. Their contact number is a mobile phone that is never answered, and messages are completely ignored. Following this frustration, I reached out to Polestar's central customer support. The car itself is nice, some design aspects are not functional or ergonomic. Range is decent enough and have gone from Melboure to Sydney and back with little to no waiting at charging stations and planned during lunch stops. Not much different to petrol cars having to take a break. The only problem I find is that they love to say they have an 8 year battery warranty that covers the battery for a SoH of 70% min.
