I recently experienced a failed 'activity' or 'sport' fob, the small sealed black stick provided for my Polestar 2. I expect it to be coverred under warranty, I have been trying every day for 4 days to speak with Polestar (Volvo) North Brisbane, to arrange a replacement. In 4 days and numerou phone calls, not a single representative has called back. There appears to be a brick wall of indifference between the coureous phone operators and those accountable for attending to this. Absolutely hopeless. They send and resnd emails... read more
