I have had absolutely fantastic service from Amanda and Brendon at Polestar Brisbane. Amanda and Brendon were able to organise the delivery of my car much earlier than expected which I am eternally grateful for! They responded very efficiently and were always willing to help. We recently purchased a DMLR Polestar 2 from the team at Polestar Brisbane. Brendon, Pedro and the team provided a very positive experience throughout the purchase process. We had a few issues navigating the Polestar web site. [Polestar definitely need to address some major issues with their processes on line] The handover of the new car was comprehensive and trouble free. Thanks Pedro! Great job mate.
The service here is excellent. I can easily say that the team at Polestar's Brisbane showroom is the best I have dealt with when purchasing a new car. Brendon was absolutely amazing to deal with. He and the team were very knowledgeable and were incredibly responsive, both before and after sale. The Polestar team ensured my car was delivered as quickly as possible and the entire delivery process was very smooth.
Absolutely horrendous service. Brand new vehicle four issues within one year. One of which was a seating fault that was repaired under warranty. Six months later the problem recurred and is now not fixable under warranty as apparently my backside is causing the problem. Volvo Brisbane, who do, the repairs can’t give me more information as this is a Polestar decision, polestar can’t give me any information as they only discuss warranty issues with the service centre!
