I tried to put in zero stars. This is a rinky dink outfit. A payment was made out through this company that was denied. I called to make a payment over the phone and they do not have this century's technology to accept a payment over the phone. They told me I have to snail mail it or come in to the office. I drive in to the office to pay with my credit or debit card and they take me back to 1980 and tell me I have write a check or money order. I haven't written a check in decades. Polestar also manages the HRA for my employer. When I submit claims through their automated portal, it is almost guaranteed to be either a) denied, or b) marked as insufficient documentation. I must email them further asking if their denials are legitimate. The answer is almost always "no, this was a mistake", and then they approve the transaction. Then a month later they said they pulled out the wrong amount for February (an amount that changed in DECEMBER) so now I ... read more

Horrid. I was a licensed Property/Casualty insurance broker in CA, and even I can't figure this out. Combined with Regence Blue Cross insurance, I have never had worse coverage in my life. :(

This company has been wonderful. Michael is awesome at customer service. He has kept in contact with me every step of the way. He returns my calls and emails in a timely manner and follows through on what he says he will do. I am very impressed with him and Polestar.
