We wanted to buy an electric car and to start decided to rent a polestar 2 from thrifty nz at Auckland airport for 10 days. The car we got seemed pretty new. Our first stop was Rotorua. We put the car on charge overnight using the provided cable. It instantly returned an error message. We followed troubleshooting instructions several times but the car would not charge. Love my Polestar 2, spent time with the Tesla Model 3 and Kia EV6 pre-purchase and absolutely glad I went with the Polestar. Polestar service? Not so much ... so my 3 stars is an average of 5 for the car and 1 for the customer service. UPDATE: Christine at Archibald and Shorter Greenlane saved the day, well done Christine!
