Excellent customer service. While. there are many companies that sell flagpoles and accessories for your RV, Poles & Holders stands out from all the rest. The true test of a company is not when things go well, but how they handle the inevitable issues with products that have issues. I recently reached out to Jennifer about an issue I was having with my pole. She promptly addressed my concerns and remedied my problem. Truly outstanding customer service.
