I contacted the facility through phone, email & also direct message through Instagram . The voicemail was full, and none of my messages nor emails were returned . The Instagram account is often updated but there is no one to speak to about classes . Bad business. I only gave 1 star because that was the lowest option but I wanted to put 0 stars !
Customer Service is poor with communication. You pay online which is fine however calling or leaving a voicemail-not happening. The instructor was 15 minuted late so we stood outside for a private class and she left 20 minuted early! Disappointed for a birthday gathering and was told the Lexington location does NOT exist anymore but it is still listed online and on the company voice mails and has a phone number to call. Very very disappointing!!!! I wanted to take pole dancing classes for YEARS, as a birthday gift 6 years ago I had a pole party. The experience was great which made me more intrigued. I wasn't able to do so at the time because I worked night shifts. I spoke with my partner about it in casual conversation and to my surprise the classes were booked, I was ecstatic!
