The worst meal of the year and grudging service. Four of us arrived anticipating a wonderful celebratory meal at Polentina which I had visited previously and very much enjoyed. Our optimism didn’t last long. Restaurants which serve small plates are nothing new to us but it felt that the �45 charged per head would entitle us to more than a small side plate to be shared between two for each course, including the main. Everything was absolutely delicious. This is a hidden gem offering authentic Italian cuisine with great service. Quite hard to find, would recommend more signs.
