Used them a few times for services including installation, maintenance and repair. Prices are reasonable and techs are knowledgeable. As for response time. Unfortunately your A/C seems to break down when it's stinking hot and so does everyone else's. So you have to wait. Hard to find honest technicians in any trade....whether it be heating, auto, plumbers etc. These guys are honest and their prices reflect the work they do.
Very prompt service at very reasonable charge. Professional advice/service to save your extra bucks .
