My son went to purchase first zero turn, I spoke to his sales rep who was very ruthless and had very poor customer service skills. I then placed a call to one of the owners which Tony Polen assured me he would call me first thing in the morning to discuss the deal. I gave him the benefit of the doubt here it is 3pm and no call to discuss. My family has used Polen Implement and bought numerous tractors and equipment from them. Friendly owners and staff. Always helpful.
We had never been here before, after doing our research we stopped in to look at a new riding mower and spoke with Tony A. He was very easy to talk to and didn't try to upsell us. He showed us exactly what we where looking for and compared like models. Very easy process. We will be using Polen for any issues we need in the future.
