I would not recommend this barbers after waiting 30 minutes yesterday to get my son‘s haircut. Once I sat in the chair with my son (aged two) he started crying. After only being in the chair for 10 seconds I was asked to leave the chair and that he would not be able to cut my son‘s hair. This was also done in a room full of people, highly embarrassing. Safe to say my son being unsure of having his hair cut, has not been helped by this barbers. Shocking treatment would not recommend them.
We have finally found a barbers that is child friendly! A lovely little play area for children to play whilst waiting made it more relaxed. Our little boy has never sat on his own and would normally scream when having his hair cut, but not at polegate barbers! The interaction from staff and accommodating to children’s needs were spot on! Thanks again! See you soon xx
