This is the first pole studio I have ever been in and I really liked it. I went for the open pole session and enjoyed my time there. I appreciate that it is truly an open pole session without instruction. I was free to do the things that worked for me! The poles (5+ poles) are very high quality and so freaking tall (@xpoleus)! I love doing everything high up on the pole so this was perfect for me! Would definitely recommend the open pole session if you just want a place to practice things.
I have been training with Jessica for about a year and she is a fabulous teacher who cares for her students. She trains her students with purpose and helps them set achievable goals. Not only that pole is sexy and fun - it has made me aware of the various strengths and weaknesses of my functional movements and posture, such that I no longer experience lower back pains while driving.
