took the SilkFIT Intro class with Lori, and it was my first time — I had such a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, fun, and positive, and Lori was absolutely amazing. She explained everything so well, made the class enjoyable, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Truly one of the best instructors I’ve had. I can’t wait to come back!
I recently booked an Aerial Fit class for my husband and I at the Shelby Twp. PoleFit location. It was a blast! I'm so happy I did this. We had a lot of fun, not only working out, but having a bunch of new experiences. There were hanging rings, silks/hammocks, ropes, trapeze bar, and a spinning lollipop ring. It really encourages your inner child. In fact, they offer an aerial class for kids, Fit and Fly kids! I know my youngest would love this, so I signed her up for a class next weekend.
