I recently booked an Aerial Fit class for my husband and I at the Shelby Twp. PoleFit location. It was a blast! I'm so happy I did this. We had a lot of fun, not only working out, but having a bunch of new experiences. There were hanging rings, silks/hammocks, ropes, trapeze bar, and a spinning lollipop ring. This is a very fun way to workout! I have been attending aerial classes semi-regularly for almost a year. I love being here when I get the chance to and always look forward to lyra. It is a positive environment and a great learning experience! Geralyn is awesome to learn from ❤️
Dropped in on some classes. Instructors we're very friendly and encouraging! This studio has fostered a really positive community for itself and would definitely recommend for those new to pole. Studio is clean and poles are industry standard. The offer a variety of both dance and technical classes. Classes have a big focus of safe technique and form, so so important!
Been there a couple times and I always love it. The instructors are friendly and very helpful and so patient! The vibe is wonderful there and the studio is very clean 10/10 would recommend both if their locations!
