I’ve been coming to Trish’s class for the past few months, and I can honestly say I’m so happy to have been able to find a space where I feel so comfortable to be trying something completely new as an adult with no judgment and met with full support! I adore going to these classes and being able to slowly feel comfortable in my body again! Pole is scary but if you’re thinking about doing it? Bite the bullet and try it’s so worth it and these classes make them so much fun!
HIGHLY recommend this place! I started with Trish 4 years ago. Not only is she knowledgeable and a great choreographer, she’s also caring, thoughtful and extremely supportive! She’s passionate about helping you move through your personal barriers and sometimes insecurities around being able to succeed at different elements of pole.
