I will never come back to rpm. I came here to spend time with my family and race, but my experience was 0/10. When I first walked in I was introduced to this girl named Keisha, I came in with my 2 kids and wanted 1 race per kid! But she rung me up for 2, and was charged extra. So when I saw that she charged me for 2 races, she tried to disagree with me saying that I wanted 2 races for each kid. I was very disappointed in the service so I told her it’s fine. Chris was one of the managers who was very kind and helped us out when trying to sign in on the RPM raceway app. He also helped us with changing the email, racer name, and phone number under my son’s racing account.
It's really cool I will definitely comeback with my family I will give it a 5 stars.
