I've been going to Pole Jamz for a few months now and there are so many things I love about it, reasonable pricing, size of the studio, how friendly everyone is, but the instructors definitely make it worthwhile so I thought I would highlight my favourite qualities about each. My first class was Intro with Tasha and she made me feel so comfortable on my first day. Fantastic pole studio with fantastic instructors!
Small class sizes, proper height poles, and amazing instructors who can adjust their classes to suit students of all skill levels. Classes are full of positive energy with classmates who cheer you on, instructors who push you to do scary and difficult things, and respect across the board. Safety is also king-- we learn to strengthen and condition to prevent injury
