Can't recommend enough! The instructors are friendly and great teachers. I have grown both in my physical ability but also more comfortable in my body, such a great safe space!
Just had my first class here and it won’t be my last! The space is gorgeous and clean and the instructor was fun, knowledgeable, intentional and kind. I loved the acknowledgment of pronouns, being kind to others and yourself, and also the bathroom wallpaper . They spent time answering all of my questions and making sure my future classes game plan is the right one for me!
I can’t say enough good things about Pole Icons. I signed up for an intro class without really knowing what to expect, hoping to try something new and fun, and it has completely transformed the way I see myself. The instructors create such a safe, empowering space for all bodies and experience levels.
I have been going to pole icons for 2 months now and I LOVE it. I always can’t wait for the next lesson. I usually take fundamentals with Birdee and she is the absolute best. Fun, helpful, supportive and empowering. Can’t wait for more
I had an incredible experience here! I’ve taken a number of classes: intro, fundamentals, flex & conditioning, restorative flex. All the instructors are inclusive, accommodating, knowledgeable, and tons of fun!!
