Smaller studio space but the lights make it feel intimate and moody. Instructors are very nice!
Phenomenal teacher, and SUCH a vibe. A pole class at 9 in the morning could have been a dud, but when I tell you we had a blast!! Thank you so much for such a great time!
As someone newer to pole, I really enjoyed the pace and flow of the Fundamentals class. I felt very welcomed and inspired on my first visit. The instructor walks you through it slow and you can go as far as you’d like— lots of time to connect and explore movement in the body.
I can't say enough good things about this experience. The instructors are very welcoming and knowledgeable - whether you're a beginner or you have some experience, they make sure you feel comfortable and confident. The class was the perfect balance of strength, flexibility, and fun. The vibe in the studio is very positive and uplifting.
