I've been taking private classes with Krisha and I can already feel myself limbering up with all the stretches. She takes time and goes only as fast as you're comfortable.
I just finished my second and third workshop at Pole for the Soul! I had so much fun and man what a great excersize workout too! =) This one was a 3 hour strip tease, lap dance,floor and wall dance routine workshop that helped me learn some new moves just in time for my guy for Valentine's day! =) Krisha's classes are so empowering and fun!
