My girlies and I came here today for a Saturday intro class with Keisha, we had the BEST time! This girl unlocks your inner confidence! A full body workout while having a blast! Keisha keeps you laughing!
My Intro class was lovely with Miss Keisha, the vibes were nothing but both helpful and encouraging. Definitely a full body workout though🤣 Will for sure be going back!
I had such a GREAT time! The atmosphere was so welcoming, and the instructor was amazing. I wanted to do something outside of my comfort zone, and this turned out to be one of the best classes I’ve ever taken 🥰 Highly recommend — 10/10!

The absolute BEST studio with an amazing instructor. Keisha, the owner, was a doll and a natural born teacher. Having no previous dance experience, Keisha made us all feel great and really walked us through the routines. Our group booked for a bachelorette party and couldn’t have had a better time! If you want to have FUN and feel SO confident, I highly recommend taking a class with Keisha at Pol’e.
