Keisha is IT! The environment is clean, warm, welcoming, and private. She immediately recognized the talents in another young woman there and chose to build her up and encourage her to broaden her skills. Keisha was wonderful to work with. She made pole feel possible and positive. I am one of those “I want to try it but don’t have upper body strength” gals. If you are ALSO that kind of girl- stop reading and just book. I really enjoyed the intro class! The instructor was fun, patient, and encouraging, which made the experience very welcoming. I can’t wait to book another class!

I was in town for the weekend and was looking for a pole studio to get my work out in and am SO glad I found Keisha and her studio! She is such a lovely person and amazing instructor, I had so much fun at her class and can't recommend this studio enough for all levels!! Will definitely come back next time I'm in town.

My girlies and I came here today for a Saturday intro class with Keisha, we had the BEST time! This girl unlocks your inner confidence! A full body workout while having a blast! Keisha keeps you laughing!
