There are no follow-ups, no planned timeframe, and no clear answers because everything is outsourced. No one answers the phone, and once you pay the initial amount, you'll have to sit back and wait for them to get around to it.

Recently had some tree limb damage to my barn. Called PBU and they scheduled Frank to come out. Frank checked out the damage, lined up order of parts and repair. Franks communication and follow-up was awesome. Repair was done quickly - and so well, you cant even tell! PBU Team - Thanks for having guys like Frank.
