After calling back from my initial call to set up an appointment. l Was told after a site check on January the 11th that they would be sending me a quote on a build out, never received one. even after leaving a message stating thank you for coming out after the site check, then waited 3 weeks January 31st and sent another message asking if there was any luck on a proposal. No response, now it's March 7th and of course I'm not waiting any longer. and I see that there is another client with the same communication issues from 3... read more
Very bad customer service. They came out to see what we needed and were going to send a quote. It's been 2 weeks since then and a few emails sent with no response. If they can't do the work just respond.
