Called to schedule a new patient appointment for my child, was told that because I used to be a patient and stopped going you get banned from returning as a patient and an exception would need to be made by the dentist. When I relayed to them that I only stopped going there because my insurance had changed and they did not take the new insurance, the answer remained the same. I let me know to not even bother asking for an exception because that was an incredibly odd and extreme policy to have.
Poor Billing Practices, and expensive referrals Hygienist Staff overall very good. I have been a client at this practice for 15 years. I have recently left after finding the doctors to be inflexible relative to their billing practices. If they give you a referral to another specialists, they usually do not take insurance, and are extremely over priced. excellent dentists! I've been going to the polaski's for the last ten years. Excellent staff. I've had many fillings done here, I've also had my wisdom teeth removed here. I've never had any problems with their dental work. They give those who are lacking insurance price breaks all the time. Very understand husband and wife team with an excellent staff! Receptionests are also very helpful and nice and do whatever they can to set up your appointments around your schedule. PROS: nice, great atmosphere CONS:
