I screwed up and bought the wrong filters from the website. I'm still new at this so, learning as I go - mostly by mistakes. I thought it was a retail center but it turns out to be their shipping facility. Jason totally helped me out with some great advice, got me the gear I needed and sent me on my way. Great experience and customer for life now.
I recently ordered a PolarPro Helix filter along with two adapter rings. While the product itself was beautifully made, I was not satisfied and decided to return it. I received a refund for the filter, but not for the two adapter rings (valued at around $100). I’ve reached out to PolarPro customer service four times now with no response. It’s disappointing because their products are clearly high-quality, but their customer service is seriously lacking.
