This review is for their customer service. I had ordered a set of filters and pre-ordered a few things for my x100vi. The filters could have been shipped immediately, as they were in stock, while the accessories would not have been shipped out until the 6th of January. I had placed the order maybe a week before Christmas, and was initially fine with waiting until the 6th. Incredibly bad customer support. Something akin to overseas tech support. Nobody understands your problem and just replies with a canned response. They don't read the email thoroughly, they don't investigate. They are unresponsive. I have sent multiple emails and response emails with only a couple answers in which are dismissive... My package got sent back to them. They denied it. I will be filing a claim with as many people/agency/banks as I can.
