Best CrossFit gym in Oceanside (and San Diego). I went consistently to this gym for over a year, and had an entire body and strength transformation. Workouts are hard but efficient. Coach Jo works with athletes to help customize/scale workouts, but still ensures they have the same anaerobic effect💪🏼 Polarize is the best of both worlds: 1) if you’re new to CrossFit (like I was) this is a perfect start or 2) if you’re already a CrossFit junkie, you’ll feel right at home. Polarize is a great gym for all levels of fitness! Whether you like CrossFit, barbell, or are just starting on a fitness journey, there are classes available to meet your needs! We’ve been going to polarize for quite a few years and can’t say enough about the people (especially Jo) involved. Great setup, great people, great workouts!
Been going for about 3 months now, this gym is great! Welcoming members, great staff, Coach Jo is awesome! No judgement, all workouts can be modified to work for you no matter your fitness level, modifications are laid out for everyone so you won’t feel singled out. 10/10
Best Gym in Oceanside! Been here a little over a year and I have learned so much about proper techniques and actual knowledge of how to better myself as an athlete. If you want a place where the people (and staff) care about your health and your personal growth, then this is the spot. As an athlete, if you want to choose your new gym home, then you know that when you get here Coach Jo has your back! Be prepared to sweat your butt off. This is the spot to make your goal a reality. 🫶
Love Polarize CrossFit! The coaches always make sure we are safe with the movements. Everyone is nice and amicable, it feels like a big family.
