Early April 2025 we had all our windows (15 to be exact) and our patio door replaced by Polaris Windows and Doors located in Concord. We were fortunate to be introduced to Tom who made the transaction very easy and transparent. U have installed their windproof for 2 you, and So far no issues! They are cooperative and responsive.
We decided to replace all the windows through Polaris and entire process went quite smoothly and timely. Stan promptly responded to all our queries and even email exchanges were timely. Their installation crew was great too. Would recommend them.
