The experience of getting the MRI was as hoped for. There was a minimal wait time and people seemed competent at their jobs. However, I was very disappointed that the report from the radiologist was not provided for 5 days. It was promised in 24 to 48 hours. Although such a lag is less than responsive to the needs of a patient who suffered an injury eleven weeks ago and is in constant pain, the reports, when finally provided, were complete and detailed.
I had a good overall experience. The lady who checked me in was very nice along with the lady who took me back and had me change. The tech came out and barely waved me back. Didn't call my name or say anything that I could hear which was odd. So I just followed him. Once we were back he was super friendly and personable. I got my results back timely and would highly recommend. I appreciated the out of pocket discount. I would come back but hope I don't need to anytime soon!
