Misa is the best auntie in this salon. She has given me support during bad times and always helps me out. She’s the best at massaging too, apparently I get a lot of knots in my feet…she helped my arches feel better too! The hot stones might seem scary, but they’re absolutely amazing once you get into it. 10000000/10 experience I’m going back so many times.
BEST PEDICURE EVER OMFG!!!! I have chronic pain and fatigue, I walked out for the first time with absolutely ZERO pain and fun sparkly nails!!! Bad reviews are haters and suck, this salon has benefited me so much! I come back every 2-3 weeks like recommended :)
This is the best salon I’ve been to. I remember coming in with my dad as a kid, I came in yesterday and left with the most BEAUTIFUL poison dart frog nails by Tyler. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, they’re just mad and taking it out on a wonderful business who doesn’t deserve the hate.
I have gone to Polaris for gel pedicures for years and was always happy with the service. This time I decided to add a gel manicure for my trip to Greece. I asked for a design, and it was done very well, so I gave a generous tip. Two days later, while on my trip, my gel manicure started to chip on 3 of my nails, and it only got worse over the next few days. Boycott!!!! $140 for pedi and mani is the price for black customers only. Please boycott!!!! The nail tech placed the acrylic so far from my nail bed that it looked like I needed a fill immediately. Then my edges were filed so sharp that I cut myself. They hate us but love our money. Time to put every shop out of business. Oh and when I came back to get fixed, staff began speaking about me in their language. Lol if they only knew.....
