I received a classic pedicure, when I got home realized the individual literally never touched the bottom of my feet he brushed the top of my feet and then went to scrub legs, why scrub legs and the point is foot care, realized they’re being lazy I now regret tipping, I was on a call and didn’t pay attention in the moment, will not be returning, they have significantly lost effort in their work! I only stopped out of convenience of location and usual availability, lesson learned

I had never been there and I will never go back. I asked for short and the lady didn’t listen. I have acrylic on my skin and she didn’t take the time to get it off. I had to shorten them myself when I got home. My nails have never looked like this ever and I am highly disappointed in the service for 55 dollars

I have been disappointed by Venn multiple times. He’s left my nails sharp, when I’ve requested trim and shape up. He does not completely remove previous polish, as the corners of my nails were left unfinished. He does not add the lotion and hand massage to end of service. When any of these concerns were brought up, I felt dismissed and ignored. The only good thing experience I had here was with Tyler, who is almost always booked. Been coming to Polaris mail since August and ever since bae has always been my go to for manicures and pedicures. She is amazing.
