Honestly the worst mattress I have ever slept on in my entire life. And I have slept in many cheap hostels. So the good parts first: It was clean. The bathroom was quite nice and there was a balcony. Friendly room cleaners. Negative parts: No bowls. Seriously what hotel does not have bowls for this kind of price. The price. The value for price is just not worthed. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years and we were truly disappointed this week. We asked for a king sized suite and were given a queen. We overlooked the very noisy air conditioner and parking lot. The bed in 209 was like sleeping on straw compared to the normally super comfy beds.We requested at the office for a king on the ski side but they were not cleaning do to CIVID. This makes no sense. Restaurant closed Mon to Wed, and they were having boiler issues with pool and hot tub. We paid full price. We w... read more
