Fiona and the staff were really great today. They made a lot of effort to find the right part for my mum's bike, which took quite a bit of effort. They didn't have the part in store but Fiona ordered it and organised delivery to my mum's place outside of Canberra. Thank you and we hope your daughter enjoys Europe!
