This place is alright with me. I came from “luxury living” in sandy springs and i like it here better. You’re literally right by the airport. The train station and all the good food is over here. Every shopping store is less than a mile away. Bus stop right outside the complex. If your from up north and miss a convent store they got one and it’s cheap no highway prices..Very active community, my neighbors are cool. These apartments look decent on the website they look exactly the same in person. Reasonably priced and it’s close to everything. However, we did expect to have certain pests in the home like spiders, and centipedes And maybe a few roaches. But this place have rats setting up track meet in the walls. But they have the nerve to renovate old apartments and have the rats take them over too..we can’t even leave bread on the fridge. Pay the premium and stop paying monthly, get rid of these rats!!

I really love my place but unfortunately the maintenance is not as it should be, I have had water leaking from my living room ceiling for going on 3 weeks I currently have a pot sitting in the living room floor to catch the dripping water!! I've put in request, maintenance guy came by, I don't really know what he did (obviously not enough to stop it) because it's still leaking, this is not only a monumental inconvenience it's a health hazard!!
