This place is horrid. If you can find another place to go for crisis, do it. WYGC are liars and they send you to Windhaven and its just an in n out facility. They don't care. -10 stars for them.
Some of the staff was ok but after being lied to given med that affects me adversely even though I had put it as allergic to and then being lied to and called a liar I had to leave. This is a cut rate psych ward that leaves you a hallway or your room to be in and really no real time with a psych who doesn't really seem to care. I would give this place no stars if there was an option
I have been to a lot of psychiatric hospitals in my life because I have a serious mental illness. They were the best, by far, and the staff was very caring. They listened to me no matter what the situation and the attending doctor was great. It is places like that that can change the way stigma that is surrounding mental illnesses.
