We have been waiting over two years to get our windows installed... they are still holding our rather significant deposit, so we feel kind of stuck. They've been going through some sort of restructuring process which had been the reason for the delays... but those proceedings completed earlier this year, I've reached out a couple times but have yet to hear back from anyone. We replaced every window in our home with them two years ago and they will not honor our warranty. Absolutely devastating. We found out AFTER installation that we were the guinea pigs on a new manufacturer. We already have a seal issue with two of the windows and they have ignored us and had a lawyer message us that we're screwed because they mismanaged their finances. We stand to lose thousands of dollars. Avoid Polar Windows.

Placed an order Sept. 2022 with a down payment of $4000. After many delays I found out the company was in receivership and I have been emailing and calling them for assistance. The only reply I received was their court date was moved to Dec. 8/23 and they would contact me after to let me know what is happening with my order. There has been no effort on their part to resolve this issue since. I still need windows but can’t afford to loose the $4000. I’m so angry.
I chose to replace 20 of our windows over 18 months ago with this company as I have seen their windows installed in a family members home over 30yrs ago and they are holding up great still. Obviously the quality control has declined as 7 of our windows had flaws in the window coating between the panes of glass. They did not argue to order replacements which was nice.
