I found Polar White Labs at Shallow Branch Farm in December 2025 and reached out to Cole with numerous questions about his dogs, and previous litters. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question I had. We placed our deposit in January 2026, with an expected take-home date of June or July. Our hearts are so full. We picked up our precious girl from Cole recently. What a wonderful experience - Cole does such an amazing job raising these pups. We have loved on 11 Labradors dogs over our 46 years of marriage and this little girl is our lucky last. She is healthy, so advanced in her understanding of not making messes!! She is smart and seems to want to simply please everyone she meets. We are so blessed to have patiently waited for this amazing Polar White lab

We had a great experience with Cole and couldn’t be happier with our puppy, Woodie. We got him at 8 weeks old, and he was already well started on potty training, which made his transition home very smooth—he adjusted in just a couple of days. Woodie is also doing very well with crate training and has a calm, well-mannered temperament. In my 50 years of living, I have owned several breeds of dogs. I had a chocolate lab 20 years ago and I knew that labs had a certain intelligence about them that I never truly appreciated until my chocolate lab passed away. Excellent communication with Cole and a very good experience all around. We have had several English labs and were very pleased with the process of working with Cole to get the best new addition to our family.
