My glasses frame unfortunately broke while I was in town on vacation here, but they were able to come up with a temporary fix so I could still use them. I'm very grateful for their help!

Business has always been about customer service and post optical support. With a wide selection of products, this location is the best in Northwest Territories. Staff are super, products are backed by guarantees, ongoing customer support after the sale if required. I have been dealing with this location for years, excellent all around.
I wish you would take the time to let Google know your holiday hours. A piece of paper taped to the door will only be seen by disappointed and inconvenienced customers
I needed my glasses bent back after sitting on them., I walked in 20 min before closing and the wonderful ladies helped me without an issue,, thank you! I will definitely visit again in the future.
