Walked in a the staff were right there to greet me. Has a good selection for everything outdoors! Snowmobile stuff, jackets, helmets, etc. also sell freeze dried foods for packing light.

Long story short, ended up paying more and waiting longer than if I had requested standard shipping due to outdoor experts not delivering on their services as offered. Ordered a part because it was in stock and requested/ paid extra (more than the part itself) to have it delivered to North Wright in order to reduce shipping times and reduce downtime. Other stores/ Canada post generally takes up to 2 weeks. After repeated calls to outdoor experts throughout the week to inquire about my order they still had not delivered it to... read more

Went in there , no one said hi or "how can i help you" nothing , I was going to buy some accessories but i rather take my business elsewhere. I would not recommend going here. They are not a platinum dealer.
