Everyone at Polar Shades is professional and nice. What a great combination! Especially want to mention the Tech who came to our house. David was awesome. Knew exactly what to do and was efficient getting it done. And he was good to our dog. Always a sign of high character.
Years ago I was using another company that no longer exists for our awning. Recently we had an issue where the awning would not go out. After the old company went out of business (years ago), I had called them at that time and the phones went over to Polar Shades of Arizona. At that time I had an issue that JD at Polar walked me through. I have never forgotten that and of course saved Polar's number. Contacted Polar Shades to evaluate a large family room shade that was not properly working. Within a few days they arranged for Jason to visit my home and provided me with a very competitive and reasonable bid. He was extremely helpful with the process. Gave me a 6 week window to complete the project which was was finished earlier than promised. Installers were great. I would have no problem using or recommending them in the future. S Paul. 4/10/24

Great service and excellent product. We had fabric replaced on all our outside shades. Staff was prompt and polite.
