I've had a disappointing experience. The shades work and they look fine. But as an example, this week one of my shades (installed two years ago) would not go all the way down. I called Polar Shades and asked if there is a button on the remote that can help me reprogram the shades. They just asked if I wanted a service call. I said fine.
