The company I work for uses this facilities services. When dropping off and picking up a trailer; I observed no one at the front desk. I waited about 5 minutes, places get busy I get it. But after noticing people from several offices glancing at me from behind there desk, I decided to talk with someone in the closest office to me (having never been to this facility before, and not being familiar with their pick up and drop off process).
