I don't like Mall
I am rating this review based on my experience. I brought my truck to get my polar hydropack pump to be worked on here. Not going to drag this review out with too many details because I would write an entire essay on the terrible customer service provided by both Kate form the service front desk for lying to me on pricing and being terrible at following up with whats going on with the pump. Got me right in and on my way. Good service.
So their hours are whenever to whenever I guess. Parked on location thankfully so I didn’t have to start my clock but nobody actually in the service department as of 730 and they are supposed to open at 7. Honestly I wouldn’t even use them next time. WE services just down the road is 1000 times better and they want the work. PSC is a joke!!!
