Highly recommend Polar Renovations, did a great job to re-side our garage, and after moving to a new home, another great job to add a water drainage system under deck. Zenon gave us several options and recommendations to ensure we were happy with the material choices and the overall look. Highly professional and very responsive!
We just finished up a year-long, whole home renovation with Zenon taking the lead. We dealt with supply chain, material cost increases, and a million daily decisions. Zenon's work is terrific; he does not accept "good enough" either from himself or his subcontractors. His design ideas are spot on, and he has a good working relationship with architects, subcontractors, and inspectors. His pricing is fair. Our new "forever" home is a show place; Zenon helped get us there.
