If I could give zero stars I would! This was really a bad experience as far as customer service and integrity go. I was told that there was a $190 service charge that would be applied to the repair if I got the work done. The lady who answered my call and scheduled it was ok. A bit direct and a little put off but I just assumed that she was busy. The technician arrived early which was great but after that it was just awful!
