Former Employee – July 2025 I worked at Polar from 2023 to mid-2025. The company lacked structure, accountability, and any real drive to evolve. High performers were often overlooked, and support was minimal at best. Jeff and Cherri were the exception, they both brought professionalism, care, and consistency. This organization is supplying all great promotional stuffs. I find them better than 4 imprint and various online sellers. People here are very good and provide support throughout the order.
