We used the machine for my arm surgery and husband's total knee. Having the auto on and off is a must. Not having to monitor the time means you get some sleep. The unit is sturdy and easy to use. I got a small rolling cart and just pushed it around wherever it was needed or to the tub to drain and clean. It isn't heavy but way more convenient to give it a push to get it out of the way at 1 am. Customer service is very responsive if you have a question. They are very helpful. This machine is well worth every penny!
Great Product. We have been using it fir 5 years and it has been a real workhorse!! Made my husband's surgeries heal so much quicker and relieved pain. Best product ever! SK
This product was recommended to me by my surgical team, and I'm so happy I was able to get one. I want to give a special shoutout to Polar Products for the quality of their customer service, too. I called with a question about the best pad to use for my particular surgery, and Jessica could not have been more helpful in walking me through the options and what they were best suited for. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an ice machine to help with their recovery!
This is the second time I have contacted Lauren in the office in the last two years. A friend lent me the Polar Ice machine when I had a knee replacement. I did not know how it worked and when she brought it to me I was surprised at it's appearance but I accepted it and began to read how to set it up. Polar products ice system is an awsome machine got if for post knee surgery and very impressed with high quality of all components the therapy pad i got full knee heavy duty very well constructed water stays cool almost entire day i only had to replace once a day. there customer service is outstanding. dont make the mistake all ice cooling systems are the same. had an issue with the pump after my second knee replacement since i was two days post surgery and otdered one from amazon due to could recieve same day.
