I had a problem with my order. Customer service responded immediately and went above and beyond to remedy the issue. Not only am i very impressed with their products but their customer service is Excellent; very courteous and professional representatives.
Just received our ActiveICE system. It works really well. My wife has frequent migraines and has previously used ice caps. Those only work for 10-15 minutes and don’t cover enough of her head for relief. The full head cap covers her whole head and cools all of the places that she has pain. She had it on for over 1.5 hours and said it was wonderful. It’s a great product and seems very well made.
I purchased the active ice system in anticipation of knee replacement surgery. The system had been recommended to me by friends who used it when they had knee surgery. For me, especially the first 3 weeks of recovery, it really helped relieve pain, swelling and added comfort to my recovery. I'm going to have surgery on the other knee and look forward to using it for relief, again.

Excellent customer service!!! The cooling vest was to big I had ordered; called & they helped me. They made it easy. Send me one size down & label to return the one that didn’t fit. Got here right away in time for this heat. I highly recommend them; very professional & helpful.
