The Polar Active Ice System is a wonderful product! Convenient, fits knee after surgery, programmable and easy all around. So glad I purchased it.
UPDATE 4/14/2026 I am one day PO from LTHR. I was home from my surgery by 10:40 am, got my ice machine on and had immediate relief of surgical soreness. I kept it on most of the day but cycling off and on by the timer. I did get up and walk at least every hour- mostly bc of the instructed extra hydration. The pad was easy enough to take off and put back on each time. First of all, Polar Products makes an excellent Ice Therapy system! We've used ours for several months and it has been awesome. Highly recommend. Sometimes, and maybe even more important, it's what happens AFTER the sale. I requested information on line for a few spare parts (just in case), and within 24 hours they responded when comprehensive and courteous service. That is so rare these days — and certainly appreciated!! I would highly recommend this company and their products, without reservation!
I've pretty much lost track of the number of surgeries & sprains I've had and this is the best product I've used in 4+ decades of icing body parts. Better yet, in a world of call centers and AI agents, their personalized customer service has been outstanding, whether by phone or email. Super responsive & all about fairly ensuring I am taken care of. Thank you.
