I used the Polar Ice Machine after a total knee replacement surgery. It was an absolute "life saver" working easily and effectively. Cold therapy really helped keep swelling and pain down. I highly recommend it!

SO very pleased with the Polar Active 3.0 for shoulder surgery. I borrowed a friend's last year for knee issues, and liked it so much I decided to purchase my own. It is easy to use and works exactly as I hoped. Amazing customer service too! I'd highly recommended Polar Products.
This company is fantastic. As someone who has spent many years in various roles in customer service, what I can tell you for certain is that they have the kind of service you rarely see anymore. Fantastic products and service! Purchased the Active Ice 3.0 9 qt system on a referral. Glad I did. It is the only thing that has allowed me to sleep since I developed Neuralgia in my left arm and hand. Don't chinch yourself, get the timer with the power cord - worth every penny. Had a small issue that Alicia at Polar Products resolved. She went above and beyond!
