Great product. Absolute must after knee replacement surgery. Excited there are additional attachments so it an be used for other areas if needed.
I am so pleased with Polar Products company and the Polar Active 3.0 ice machine I ordered. It was promptly delivered, easy to use and very effective for my first TKR. Polar’s customer service is also top notch! I ask about a different cuff than what came with my machine. Another cuff was immediately shipped to me by FedX the next day! I will not hesitate to keep Polar Products in my 5-star contact list for future orders! DH
I highly recommend the Active Ice system to anyone who is having, or has had, an orthopedic procedure. My wife has had both knees replaced in the last nine months and this is, by far, the most powerful weapon in her recovery/rehabilitation arsenal. It helps with post-surgery pain and the aches after physical therapy. There are cheaper options out there, but the Active Ice delivers maximum bang for the buck!
Great experience with this company! The ice machine was great, and it got a LOT of use over 2 years with several people needing it post surgery. Unfortunately, the pump gave out, and I contacted Polar to see if I could buy a replacement and fix it myself. Not only did they reply, but they gave me detailed instructions on how to troubleshoot the machine, and what to do about fixing it. In the end, I ordered a new pump for a fraction of the cost to replace the machine! It is almost UNHEARD OF for a company in this day and age ... read more
Woderful company! I originally bought the Active Ice 3.0 which was a lifesaver dealing with shoulder pain, & then during the healing process after shoulder surgery. I’ve since purchased other attachments & have loaned it to friends/family for back & knee issues. Recently I bought their soft ice/heat packs for old age aches & pains; accidentally melted them due to my ignorance with a microwave, and they were kind enough to replace even though it was my fault (I’ve since learned how to adjust the power setting on a microwave).... read more
