These folks are highly focused on customer satisfaction in an age where most companies are not. They are fully aware of the urgency in shipping their products in a very timely fashion and they are attentive well past their normal business hours in providing information and product to the customer. We used the Active Ice system from Polar Ice after a hip replacement. What a great system. It was simple to use, well designed and significantly less expensive than the other systems. We needed to contact customer service and they were so helpful, prompt in responding. It is wonderful to have a great affordable well designed product from a company based in the US with awesome customer service. I usually don’t write reviews but need to take this opportunity to support this wonderful company!
