Our ageing ceiling cassette AC was literally falling apart when Polar Power vans rolled into my street to replace my neighbour’s similarly-aged unit. Jeremy was only too pleased to take a look and quote me for a replacement. He was here anyway! I couldn't be happier with my whole experience with Jeremy and the team from Polar Power from Jeremy's first on site visit, quoting, through the whole installation process. They are the most respectful and professional team that I have been involved with. Their care, attention to detail and quality workmanship is to be commended. We had a ducted system fail and had to replace it. We got a few quotes, and these guys were the cheapest. Jeremy took the time to email my wife while he was overseas on holiday. Jeremy and his team were professional from start to finish. Cheaper than the rest and without shortcuts. They did a great job and couldn't be happier with the workmanship and the professionalism.
