I really like Doc Teeters as a person from the small interaction I had with her while talking. Actually all the staff seemed very pleasent before taking my child into the back of the office. I just don't think they work with children well. I went with my first born just before she turned three. My experience was one of the worst of my life. I think the doctor and staff assumed my child was stupid, and unfortunately with the rise of iPad kids I do understand. However, my child is screen free and very intelligent. Worst experience ever for toddler!! They would not let in room with him and he starts crying and screaming during his examination. She held my sons face while leavening scratches on his face. His been traumatized since this happened. I would not recommend this place to anyone
My son has been going here since he was a toddler. Everyone is great here and he loves coming here. They make him feel comfortable and make me feel at ease when he goes back alone. They explain everything thoroughly and everyone is friendly.
My kids have been coming here for the past five years and I love it. They are so good with the kids, They tried to teach them techniques on how to care for their teeth. They are also very informative with the parents.
