SHE RIPPED OFF MY NAILS. Pretty sure it’s from illegal monomer (MMA) that can’t soak off. I thought nail tech school teaches you proper acrylic removal. Came in for a fill & I showed her a simple French tip, she blatantly said “I can’t do that” and we were just staring at each other. My friend and I came in and asked for a basic pedicure but were horribly disappointed , the service was rushed and had no attention to detail. dead skin and calluses were not removed and even after I asked for more removal it looked worse than at home pedicure. The equipment wasn’t particularly clean, and the salon environment was far from relaxing. It was loud throughout and it was already difficult to communicate with the technicians. I have been twice to see Emie(sorry if wrong) and have been so impressed with the nail art! Lasts the full 4 works before a fill, clean and hygienic. Very welcoming atmosphere.
